Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall.

You need to undergo MRI and CT spine scoliosis protocol. Then you will need a neuro or a spine surgeon with experience in deformity correction to evaluate your back. And plan the necessary treatment. It could be conservative management i.e. Exercises and physiotherapy or surgical correction of the deformity.

Not every Scoliosis requires Surgery.
Scoliosis is of different types.
Usually Functional or Postural Scoliosis gets corrected by experts hands trained on Manual Medicine by qualified Physiotherapist.
This is why you need to gets assessed by the same.
Schroth Exercise is wonderful in correcting Scoliosis.

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. Take plenty amount of water.
