Mam scoliosis usually doesn't interfere in normal delivery. It might be difficult to give you anaesthesia if cesarean is required- but still things are managed easily, there is not a major problem usually. Near full term your gynec will be doing a pelvic examination after which he/she will be able to judge if your pelvis is a square for the baby. Scoliosis involves upper part of your backbone, so it doesn't usually interfere with normal delivery unless there is some other pelvic deformity.

This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression.
