Use warm water for drinking all the time, Dinner in half quantity of lunch,
avoid overeating, avoid oily, fatty foods, bakery foods, fast foods,

Exercises are must. No food restriction. No role of apple cider vinegar. If you have sciatica pain, before starting exercises, get it treated with MIPI, which is usually the first best treatment. You can further discuss it in detail with me on lybrate.
