Dear,
due to contractions of uterus (when muscles of uterus tightens and relaxes).
To get relief from pain you can do massage lightly your stomach area with mustard oil for 3 to 5 minutes daily.
* spread a towel on your stomach area and put hot water bottle for 5 to 10 minutes at the time of pain.

By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools?
