2 You must regularise your stool habits.
3 Use hot water bottle over lower tummy.
4 Simplify the diet, avoid fried foods and too much red meat.
5 Deep breathing exercises.
6 Yoga therapy.
7 Regular evening walks.
8 Try to adjust your weight appropriate for your height and age.
9 Some medicines are useful, but better to start it before the periods begin.
