Migraine is a relapsing disorder. The relapses may be precipitated due to various physical and psychological factors. Yoga and other relaxation exercises do help in preventing relapses caused by stress and anxieties. But still if relapse occurs it is advisable to start some medications to control the active symptoms and later treat for prevention of further relapses.

since you have consulted a orthopedic so spondilytis is ruled out it could be due to postural or positional neck pain for long time on computers and may the level of computer and your level of eye position correct it requires correct positions. and rest in between.

Most hyperlordosis is mild, and your back remains flexible. If the arch in your back is stiff and doesn’t go away when you lean forward, there may be a more serious problem.

1.internal medication
2.weight loss program
3.physical therapy
Yoga and chair yoga are good choices
