SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL
Use no pillow under the head.
DO HOT FOMANTATION.
Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10.
Do neck, back & general exercises.
