Depending on your BP level your BP may be controlled by lifestyle modification only or also medicines
- try to follow a healthy lifestyle :
- have a salt restricted diet, also avoid fried, fat containing & junk food, restrict intake of tea , coffee to 1-2 cups per day, avoid alcohol & smoking if you do
- have more of fibre containing food like fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn instead of refined ...more
