This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. If the pain is only when you use mobile then you need to change your posture while using the mobile and yoga is a good answer please consult some yoga teacher to guide you for that

Avoid bending in front.
Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall.
Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
use no pillow under the head.
Do hot fomantation.
Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab od x10.
Do neck, back & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.
You will need other supportive medicines also.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Do not do yoga with this problem. You appear to be having radiating pain starting from your lower back and spreading down. This could be due to a disc prolapse. Rest for a week and if the condition does not improve, then consult your orthopedic.
