I would like you continue Yoga and stretching exercises.
Pl see if there's no other problem like burning micturition.
For the time being pl take turmeric in milk, guggul based medicines, ten root decoction and Panchakol herbal decoction for a week.

Thank you for your query. * I would suggest you to start taking ghee regularly if you are not taking it. * Also try to avoid junk and dried food frequently. * Body massage with oil will help. * Yogasana will surely help along with proper diet. your grandfather has osteoarthritis.. For that.. It is considered as Vayu increased in the body and ultimately arthritis development due to lack of synovial fluid in the knee joint. So
Avoid fast food junk food oily food spicy food heavy food to digest etc..
Drink more water..
Eat more and more green leafy vegetables..
Don't take opposite potency diet like milk and carrots sour fruits etc..
Don't suppress any natural urges like urine stool etc..

Hello,
please send me your all investigation report to rule out whether it is ldp/ loss or increase of lumbar lordosis or anything else.
This may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises:-
1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints.
2. Avoid heavy lifting.
3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities.
4. Use western toilet.
