I am sorry to hear about your concern, but will be happy to assist you.
Even if you had light dinner at night, the gas build-up for the entire day makes you feel flatulent at night. The healthy gut bacteria takes approximately six hours to digest the food completely. So you may even feel fluffy because of what you have eaten in the last six hours, including your lunch.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hello LENIE
I guess you are suffering with hemorrhoids.
The symptoms match with your described findings.
I suggest you to take high fibre diet, avoid hot and spicy foods.
Start taking sitz bath for 10-15 minutes for 3-4 times a day.
Don't be afraid to get yourself examined through a surgeon.
A detailed history and clinical examination will help to properly identify the diagnosis and thereby the treatment.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
