stress is one of the major causes of any small or big problem including white coat hypertension!
there are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions!

Managing your weight as well as blood pressure requires a motivation to attain a better health. Developing hypertension at the age of 25 years is something that needs to be evaluated carefully. Get an ECG, thyroid function tests and sonography of the pelvis and abdomen. This may help to understand the cause of hypertension. After these reports are done, consult a physician; he may start you on antihypertensives or any other medication if required. You are 62 years with HBP, DM with anemia.
The more important is to know the cause of anemia at this age to rule out other life threatening diseases which I don't feel appropriate to discuss online.
I would suggest you consult a General Physician or Consultant Hematogist who can advise you better.
Since I am not sure about your cause anemia it is difficult for me to give advice on diet but You can avoid extra SALT & Sugar.
Hopefully your questions is answered.
