Wen missing your periods, there vl be a lot of hormonal imbalance due to which there vl be hair fall. Need not be worried. Do some yoga or meditation to balance the anxiety level. don't take extra salt in your diet . do yoga and brisk walking atleast 45 minute per day . try to learn relaxing technique and meditation. if over weight. include green vegetable and fruits in your diet at least 50% of your diet portion should be of salads and fruits

Anxiety and depression commonly is due to reduced/ altered serotonin in your brain (mind). A course of medications to address the same helps recover from the symptoms. If your brain s serotonin transmission is normal then it can be tapered and stopped. Consult any psychiatrist. Good luck.

Some anti hypertensive medicines also cause diminished libido and erection problems as also anxiety issues.
Need is to remain tension less by yoga, practice of pranayam and meditation and walks and good diet.
