It will be incorrect to say that just because you have normal BP in morning you don't have hypertension. 1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk for 30 minutes every day
2.reduce your weight if overweight
3.Reduce salt intake
4. Drink plenty of water

Sleep apnea is of 2 types. Overweight person with loud snoring, or. Normal weight, not much snoring. For both, stop sugar jaggery, alcohol, starchy foods, but response is quick only in first type, slow in 2nd. Please discuss on phone if you require specific instructions.
