It will be incorrect to say that just because you have normal BP in morning you don't have hypertension. BP is a fluctuating thing and changes with time, age, eating habits, stress etc and hence the diagnosis of hypertension is made based on multiple values. if you are having hyper tension follow the advice given below
1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk for 30 minutes every day
2.reduce your weight if overweight
3.Reduce salt intake
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Take bland diet,avoid spicy, oily, junk saturated fat and cholesterol rich diet. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, Fruits

- have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low fat milk & milk products heart healthy fats as found in seafood, walnuts, olive, canola or sunflower oil, avocados
