we need to rule out the cause of pain. Is there any associated fever, burning in urine, is pain radiating to your back. Also need to know is there increase in pain when you press that area or lift your leg.
Get one cbc, usg abdomen, urine routine, kft done. Need to r/o uti, renal stones or appendicitis till then for pain start tab drotavarin 1 tab twice daily. For further details/ consultation contact me Lybrate personally.
