Low blood pressure is more dangerous than High. You need to increase intake of water, increase dietary salt intake and exercise regularly. If you still have problem with your blood pressure then check your thyroid hormone, serum electrolytes to evaluate the cause. If you still have queries feel free to ask me.

See HT is a lifestyle disorder. U can do a lot by doing certain lifestyle modifications--
1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
