Dear Lybrateuser, - The normal heart rate is between 60-100 beats / min, yours is in normal range
- your problem could be due to acidity & anxiety
- avoid spicy, fried & junk food, also restrict tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day - chew food well, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, do not skip meals, have meals on time
- destress by doing regular exercise, include yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning
- sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night.
