Continue medication and proper diet. Good intake of water is essential. I would advice you to walk in early morning Sunlight which is highly essential for ur body especially for joint pains. I would recommend you to join any yoga sessions if possible.If you couldn't Please do regular exercises to mobilise all joints in the morning.

She has had menopause or is heading towards it, her cycle might be low or heavy due to hormonal changes.
Do write details-low and delayed or heavy and erratic.
Continue treatment for bp.
Get ultrasound of abdomen done on empty stomach.
Get basic tests for heart like- ecg, echo, stress test (if she can tolerate) blood for sugar and total lipids.
Reduce weight the healthy way by giving up sugar and sweets, fats and oils.
Do not reduce good fats like spoon of pure ghee/ butt...more

At 20 , a heart attack ? Asthma is breathlessness and so is heart attack and we have to co relate other clinical symptoms to ask for investigations. For your knowledge , if anyone you feel is in doubt of a heart attack , give him/ her a soluble aspirin and rush to hospital.
