Incorporating proper nutritional food products in the diet along with yoga provide immensely positive results. A person suffering from the problem of hair loss must avoid carbonated drinks and food products that leads to a restricted flow of blood in the arteries. A person may include fruits like chikoo, pears, dry figs, and watermelon in his/her diet.

Incorporating vegetables like bottle gourd, pumpkin, and snake gourd in the food helps in maintaining healthy hair. If the person is not diabetic then he/she can include jaggery in their diet as it helps in preventing the hair loss.

Besides eating a balanced diet a person suffering from the hair loss should also clean their hair and avoid using chemical induced styling products. If a person is seeking the help of dermatologist then the medicines prescribed by the doctor must be taken as advised. Taking a balanced nutritional diet along with medicine and regular yoga can lead to not only in the reduction of hair loss but also in the regrowth of hair follicles.
