Hi.
It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies.

Since it is a genetic character nothing much can be done. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle so that the body stays strong and energetic. Do not indulge in bad habits and do Yoga and exercise regularly ( daily for 30 mins or more ). Eat lots of fruits and vegetables which will supply the needed nourishment for hair growth and general development of the body.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your h b level take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines amonum mur 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 1 month

You are low weight increase weight up to 65 kg. Change food habites. Add in your food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help.
