There are many reasons why your skin would turn dark. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please send photos with detailed history in private chat for proper treatment. Use a good sunscreen and start exercising. Take lots of fruits and green vegetables in your diet.

From the kind of medications you have mentioned, you seem to be having active acne. It is better to aim for a glowing face after the acne have reduced. Mean while you can drink atleast 3 ltrs of water daily and eat vit" c" rich fruits such as oranges, sweet lime, guava and pomegranate. As vit" c" is known to lighten and brighten your skin. After your pimples have reduced, you can go for chemical peel treatment to a nearby medical cosmetologist/ dermatologist.
