Benefits of yoga for glowing face

Nearly every person irrespective of the age and gender dreams to have a glowing face. But being surrounded by toxins and air pollution restricts the prospect of having a glowing face. Even the rays of the sun and weather play its part in the dampening the glow of the face. People often go for various types of treatments for attaining a glowing face. When a person asks if there is any natural way of attaining a glowing face then the answer is yoga. It is completely true and the benefits can be observed only after a few weeks of starting yoga. Yoga helps in attaining a natural glow to the face by flushing out the toxins from the body. Yoga improves the excretory and digestive system which makes the internal purification system work in a better manner. There are poses in yoga which help the mind of a person to relax by relieving the stress.

Yoga helps in attaining a glowing face by cutting down the stress level and making skin feel rejuvenated. Yoga improves the blood circulation on the face thereby clearing the blood of all the impurity. Cat Pose

This pose has many health benefits including increasing blood circulation in the body and stimulating the lungs and stretching the lower back. Start in a tabletop position with your palms flat on the ground. Then breathe in and slowly arch your back followed breath out and returning to the original position. Do this for a few times.

Cobra Pose

It is beneficial for reducing stress and fatigue and relaxing and rejuvenating the skin. Start by lying on your stomach with your face downwards. Take your hand and place close to your chest by your side. Then slowly lift your upper body while keeping your buttock and legs on the ground. Make sure your legs stay straight. Maintain this position for a few minutes while breathing normally and then return to normal position.

Seated Twist

It helps in detoxifying the body and relieves stress and fatigue that results in happy mind and body which ultimately results in a glowing face. Start with a seating position. Take your left arm and place it over your right knee and bring your right arm to the left leg from behind. Twist your upper body to the right and your head will move along with your body. Hold for a few breathe and then repeat on the other side.

Triangle Pose

One of the best yoga pose for a glowing skin. It opens up the chest, lungs and heart thereby increasing oxygenation to the skin making it feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Stand erect with your legs apart and hands by your side. Breathe in and bend your upper body sideways to the left. Your hand should touch the ground and your head should be looking towards the ceiling. Repeat on the other side.
