fatty liver can cause various health issues in later phase .want to know about your weight and height and your lifestyle.naturally you could fight with your constipation focus on you diet habits, it should be light, take small meals 4-5 times in a day instead of 2 or 3 large meals, avoid heavy meals specially at night time and do your dinner at least 4 hrs before going to the bed. drink lukewarm water throughout the day and increase your fluid intake, prefer fruits vegeta...more

Are you constipated.
For heart burn you should follow this-- (this will also help you in fatty liver)
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc
