As your bmi is too high i.e. 38.9.you need to start physical activities like walking/cycling/swimming/yoga. Also improve your dietary habits i.e. Avoid high fat/oily/sweets/fried diet. I will recommend you to start Ayurveda treatment for obesity and fatty liver.

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
