Yes do yoga and meditation.
Stop salt and oily foods.
Stop smoking.
Check BP regularly.
But at your BP you should take medicines otherwise it may harm your eyes kidneys heart etc.

Gym shouldn't affect your eyes. Any exercise where there is excessive pressure on eyes like sirshasan or halasan in yoga should be avoided.

1. Do not strain your eyes too much by continuously reading or working.
2. If you are stressed, try to relax your mind and body.
3. Do Meditate and yoga daily.
4. If your eyes are weak, wear specs. Put almond oil before sleeping at night.
5. Splash cold water twice on your eyes daily

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily,
2.Drink plenty of water
3.Take rest

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take:

1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day)
