sir these kind of problems are really common these days. Yoga and meditation will really help you in boosting your memory and increasing the concentration. This dizziness and lack of concentration will improve after doing yoga and mediation.
Avoid waking up late in the night. Stay away from any gadget or phone at least 1 hour before sleeping, as any engagement with mobile phones does not let us sleep early.

Although I need details but you seem to be under stress. Try to relax --exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.
