It is important at what time you eat n what you eat. This factor determines are you going to lose weight or gain weight with the same food. Please send me your current blood sugar levels reports and current medicine learn yoga for diabetes from video published by patanjali on various platform like youtube etc but I will advice to do all basic yogasanas daily do pranayam daily have a habit of walking daily for 30 minutes to 40 minutes daily take salads more diabetes can be controlled by homeopathic medicine, please consult nearby homeopathic physician in person as detailed information is needed.

Eggs can be taken in diabetes. In fact eggs are a very good source of protein. As regards exercise, 1 hour brisk walking is more than sufficient. There is no need for workout in gym at your age. Thanks.

Do brisk walking
start doing yoga regularly
