Take 5-7 munakkas with milk at night time. Mix 1 spoon pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna in warm water and take it before sleep. Take 1-1 tab arogyavardhini vati twice a day after lunch and dinner. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Take green vegetables. Fruits. Hi.
You are suffering from IBS and there is also a element of functional dyspepsia. Both are stress related diseases. So apart from writing so many medications I also advice dietary precautions ad lifestyle changes.
1. Avoid stress and anxiety (can do yoga) 2. Drink adequate water for good stool formation

Dear Lybrateuser,
-To avoid constipation have more of fibre rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, legumes, pulses, peas sprouts, nuts
- avoid fried, spicy & junk foods
- have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water per day for proper hydration and digestion
- mix a tablespoon of isabgol powder in a warm glass of water and have it one hour before bedtime at night
