You obviously need exercise and do something to fit into the natural biorhythm. If you sleep early at night you may catch up with lost sleep. Eat more carbohydrates in your last meal at night.

If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. music therapy
follow a diary of your self time table so that you can have an organised day and can avoid distractions.

Practice yoga and meditation. Although you could technically consider yoga your daily exercise, practicing the deep stretches and slow body movements will help you to clear your mind.
