If you are not getting enough of sleep or continuously watching some screen like phone, tv or playing some video games etc you are bound to have headaches. Have a sound sleep, walk in open nature, listen to some good music. Have some break time from studies and play some outdoor game or above said activities. Get you eyesight checked.

Lack of sleep obviously will effect the other biological activities. To get proper concentration over the things/work/studies, mind should be active, which will be active mre by taking good rest.
But as since 2 days only, you did not sleep well, try to maintain the proper hrs for sleep, i. E, minimum 7-8-9 hrs/night, if not possible, even in day also, after lunch, you can take nap for 1/2 -1 hr, which will refresh your mind.

- Your headache could be due to weakness, stress, vision problem or improper sleep
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, do not skip meals, have healthy snacks like a fruit, nuts, yogurt in between meals
- have 7-8 glasses of water per day for sufficient hydration

Change food habites add in your food calcium vitamins and minerals proteins green vegitabales salad milk end milk products etc Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you do meditation 5 minuties per day.
Do not sleep during day time.
Take 3 drops of KevaKAMD drops in a cup of normal water empty stomach after 30 minuites take breakfast or 30 minu ties before lunch end dinner you can increase drops up to 5 in morning end 5 in night as per age.
