you can maintain your cholesterol level by
1. Dietary changes- you must take low fat and high fiber and whole grain diet like khichdi, daliya, corn flex, fruits-apple, guava,papaya, soups, multi grain atta chapati, overnight soaked almonds, raisins, walnuts, flexseed etc.

You have not mentioned your complete lipid profile report. Please mention that. Start with 1) Diet change (consult a dietician for healthy heart diet) 2) Start exercising target should be 45 mins of brisk walking daily. 3) Quit smoking if you do. 4) reduce alcohol intake. Repeat levels after 6 weeks of precautions, if still high you may need medications.
