increased cholesterol level is not directly related with obesity. It depends on metabolism. If somebody have sluggish metabolic rate then the tendency of dyslipidemia will be high. Tell him to follow a very strict diet plan, do some yoga and exercises. Take ayurvedic and panchkarma treatment.
