- You should avoid & stop smoking as it can cause lung problems & also affects other vital organs over a period of time
- to find the cause get investigations done, blood Hb%, cholesterol, sugar, ECG, x- ray chest
- in the meantime have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, avoid spicy, fried & junk food

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine carbo veg 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *drink lot of water. *tea/ coffee should not be taken in excess. *meals should be taken regularly and on time. *stress should be avoided by doing yoga and exercise.

Dear Lybrateuser, - At your age chest pain could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary habit
- avoid spicy, fried & junk food, do not have more than 1-2 cups of tea/ coffee per day
- do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew food well, do not lye down immediately after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime

-since your pain is of longstanding it could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary life
-avoid spicy, fried & junk foods, have more of fruits & vegetables for proper digestion, have homemade food, donot skip meals
-exercise regularly, walking, jogging, cycling, outdoor games for at least 30 min, do yoga, deep breathing as it will help in relieving the pain
-if not much relief then take an x-ray chest & consult a doctor with report.
