My chest pain like cutting from in till I do not wake up this is going since 2 yrs.

Dear lybrateuser, -since your pain is of longstanding it could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary life -avoid spicy, fried & junk foods, have more of fruits & vegetables for proper digestion, have homemade food, donot skip meals -exercise regularly, walking, jogging, cycling, outdoor games for at least 30 min, do yoga, deep breathing as it will help in relieving the pain -if not much relief then take an x-ray chest & consult a doctor with report.
