- avoid spicy, fried & junk food
- chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, do not lye down for 1-2 hrs after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime

I am suffering from severe chest pain I don't know why can you tell me the reason for my chest pain?

I am having fat on my shoulder and chest and how should I get rid it ,as it is causing so much pain.
Start taking Aloevera juice daily two times empty stomach with water.
Drink plenty of water daily atleast 2 L.
Do shoulder rotation exercises clock wise and anti clockwise.
Do practise SUKSHAM VYAAM. Its a type of yoga specially recommended for loosing fat from shoulders.
Do oil message with TIL tail followed by fomentation to reduce pain to much extent.
