Since when r you having this pain?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?
It may be gas.
Do this
1. Lose weight. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up)...more

What is ur age n since when r u having this problem. Follow this
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.

I hope it is a regular chest pain and cough. But you never know with you smoking and all. You msut visit a doctor and examine teh chest pain to see that you are not developing some cardiac problem. -you can do gentle & restorative yoga if you do not have symptoms of dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue or heart arrhythmia
-do poses where you are able to rest supine without shortness of breath, avoid vigorous yoga practice
-you can also do normal walking for 15-20 min daily
-do take advice from your physician before setting out on a programme.

Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting, push ups, yoga etc. Increase eating frequently. Do not skip meals. Use supplement. Take whole cream milk. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use refined foods extra with unrefined. Add cream with tea/coffee. Use high calorie foods. Take more fish, egg, meat etc to gain weight. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest.

Dear Lybrateuser, - At your age chest pain could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary habits, unlikely of cardiac origin
- take some dietary precautions, avoid spicy, fried & junk food, restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day
- do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew food well, have dinner 2-3 hers before bedtime
