Your neck is made up of vertebrae that extend from the skull to the upper torso. Cervical discs absorb shock between the bones. The bones, ligaments, and muscles of your neck support your head and allow for motion. Any abnormalities, inflammation, or injury can cause neck pain or stiffness. It will take a little time to clear the stiffness. don't worry. Practice yoga and physiotherapy. You will be alright in around a month.

Exercise do not help much in prevention of shortening of cervix. But bed rest with foot end elevation help little bit. Cervical encirclage is done when cervix is less than 2.5 cm.with history of cervical incompetence. And don't worry you can have normal delivery after it. What is length of your cervix at present?
Have a healthy pregnancy.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
