1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily
2. Apply volini gel twice daily

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.

Hi
you must consult to a good physiotherapist. There could be some nerve getting compressed from the neck which is giving pain in the arm. Muscle like trapezeus may be harbouring trigger points. Physiotherapist will release the trigger point and help you to abolish the pain and teach you some exercises that has to be done by you.
