Follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. Drinking warm water boiled with ginger and saumph and ajwayan every day. Avoid oily or junk food and dahi and sour products e. G. Pickles etc. Take warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed. Oil massage over whole body then bath with warm water. Leg PainIf you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

Dear lybrateuser,
-you can do gentle & restorative yoga if you do not have symptoms of dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue or heart arrhythmia
-do poses where you are able to rest supine without shortness of breath, avoid vigorous yoga practice
-you can also do normal walking for 15-20 min daily
-do take advice from your physician before setting out on a programme.
