do proper rest & do hot fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day. Learn strengthening & stretching exercises from physiotherapist.
This will help in reducing the pain.

I need to know reason. Fatigue, tiredness of driving scooty/ bike etc, arthritis or IVD problem if any.

Pl do not take much pain killers.

For the time being Nycanthes leaves decoction with pure turmeric may be sipped warm for a week.

Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc.

If you are doing yoga for the first time or after a long time then the pain is OK provided you don't have a history of back pain. Or else wait for some days for the pain to subside by applying hot packs and rest.

Her sugar is a bit low. Its good that she is active. Let her be that way. You can test for her vit. D and vit. B12 levels as these can cause weakness and pains. Also check her haemoglobin levels. Her medicines for diabetes will have to be lowered.

Hi lybrate user,
before doing yoga or gym, please do proper warm up exercises of 10-15 minutes.
In these 10-15 minutes do some walk, jog and side jumps and light stretches.
Your back pain happens because the instructors may not be getting proper warm up done.
Plus whenever you start any exercises. It is important to build up slowly and gradually.
