Hello dear if you are doing surya namaskar please stop it forward bending of spin coz of low back ach. So do back extention exercise and stop flexion exercise. You may get relief in few days. Have a nice day.

1. Exercise - Do stretching exercise
2. Yoga - Bhuganjasana , Sarvangasana, Dhanurasana
3. Eat right - Take balance diet
4. No smoking , alcohol
5. Reduce stress
6. Sleep sideways - not on back
7. Maintain proper posture.

Do some stretching exercise of spine and avoid long sitting tk break after 30 minute do walk and spine extension exercise if it gives you relief then ok otherwise apply heat formation with rest time and tk muscle relaxant medicine.

Dear do bhujangasana, sarvangasana, shalabhasana, dhanurasana and natrajasana daily 5 min each pose properly in morning and evening.
Also follow the tips they will help to relieve the pain.::
1.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag).

Yes but it depends on your condition. Because few asanas are contraindicated in back pain and osteoarthritis. So you have to take care of it. It's better to consult a physiotherapist.

Hi
you may have to stop these exercises and take orthopaedic doctor consultation for assessment. If nothing serious is detected, which is likely to be, gentle exercises under a trained physiotherapist and having high protein nutritious diet is all that shall help.
Maybe exercises you do are incorrectly done. One should always do yoga exercises after learning under trained yoga teacher, and if it hurts must stop

If you are doing yoga for the first time or after a long time then the pain is OK provided you don't have a history of back pain. Or else wait for some days for the pain to subside by applying hot packs and rest.
