It is called as Rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Stiffness have developed due to weakness of the ligaments &inflammed cartilage. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee.

• Do exercise such as walking that strength your muscles and move your joint. From movement of joint you got relief from pain and stiffness. •Gentle massage your joints with lukewarm oil. You can use medicated oil. You can apply ice packs and heat with warm water bottle on your painful area.
• If you are obese then lose some weight. Heavy weight make strain on your joint and causes pain.

Follow these usefultips for arthritis pain relief:
* take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes.
* wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support.
* sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamin-d
*avoid heal shoe and wear only flat...more

Pain in heels is a common condition
rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting.
Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do ankle/foot & toe exercises it may have to be further investigated
make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
