Arthritis is swelling of joints with pain, stiffness.
There are some methods you can apply:
• Do exercise such as walking that strength your muscles and move your joint. From movement of joint you got relief from pain and stiffness. •Gentle massage your joints with lukewarm oil. You can use medicated oil. You can apply ice packs and heat with warm water bottle on your painful area.
• If you are obese then lose some weight. Heavy weight make strain on your joint and causes pain.

- arthritis can be cure to better extent by adopting ayurveda
- main thing here is to see the symptoms and advice medications
- ask her to apply mahanarayana taila daialy before bath and before sleep where ever pain is there
- give yogaraja guggulu 2-0-2 for 15 days
- this s for the time to reduce the pain- better to consult in personal to follow the diet and lifestyle along with other medications.

to avoid symptoms of arthritis you can go for annually check of vit d ,vitb12, calcium level, uric acid, RA factor, blood sugar level n cholesterol level n thyroid level.
U need to do regular physical activity in form of walking, yoga, floor exercises, swimming, cycling breathing exercise etc for 45 min to 1 hr n maintain your body weight.
