You can take Ashwagandha, but let there be a gap over 2 hours between thyroxine and that drug. It is iportant to control TSH between 3 to 4 mU/L, only then all the symptoms of hypothyrodism are in check. Thanks.

in my opinion it is not good to use medicine. It has some side effects. Better to control yourself or better to take the help of psychologist. Online medicine using it is not good to you.
