do not drink water after meal(upto 4 hours, u can drink liters of water before meal
do not lie just after meal
avoid full stomach meal

To prevent gastric reflux, never go to bed to sleep immediately after taking lunch or dinner, go for walk, or sit & talk with others or watch tv but don't sleep, it will cause reflux of gastric acid, you can sleep after 2hrs.& take meal at fix schedule.
