Hi lybrate-user Dr. gulnar this side
we need to rule out the cause of pain. Is there any associated fever, burning in urine, is pain radiating to your back. Also need to know is there increase in pain when you press that area or lift your leg.
Get one cbc, usg abdomen, urine routine, kft done. Need to r/o uti, renal stones or appendicitis till then for pain start tab drotavarin 1 tab twice daily. For further details/ consultation contact me Lybrate personally.

IT COULD BE DUE TO GASTRITIS, COLITIS AND INFECTION
Avoid spicy fatty oily food
Take more curd and buttermilk
Take small frequent meal
Avoid heavy meal
Avoid alcohol if u are taking
Avoid too much sweet and chocolate
Avoid smoking if you are doing
Avoid stress
Daily do yoga and walking
Take some antibiotics, analgesic and anatcid Medicine

Please take the right steps to come out of the situation. Go for a medical examination with a doctor. Let the doctor advise some tests and diagnose the problem. You should also focus your attention to healthy lifestyle which means :- eat healthy food - preferably freshly prepared homemade food with fruits and vegetables everyday (avoid outside food). take syp Amlpitt suspension 20 ml before taking meal.
Take syp Pepgard 15 ml before taking meal.
Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks etc.
Take light easily digestable nutritional protinious fiber rich diet and green leafy vegetables.
Do light exercise yoga and meditation regularly.
