Brush at night with baking soda and rinse ur mouth with lemon water,,chew few leaves of basil in the morning,,use mouth wash,,brush atlst twice daily,,avoid smoking

You can clean tongue with the brush and not scratch with a tongue cleaned . The white appearance is normal and common

It can be caused due to improper oral hygiene, specially the tongue n after brushing during morning and night do not forget to clean your tongue n rinse your moutg with lukewarm salt water 2-3 times a day .if you stil find same consult oral medicine specialist.
