It might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.

- give rest to limb
- apply pain relief gel three times a day
- take pain relief tablet, brufen, 1 tablet three times a day after meals
- apply ice pack for 5-10 min on affected area to reduce pain
- get x-ray of affected area done to rule out any bony problem.
