Hello Lybrate user. I advice you to do salt water rinse. Apply warm pack extraorally. Then take antibiotic and pain killers for two days.
The pain will get subsided. Then take an xray of the adjacent teeth. If any dental caries or sensitivity felt in adjacent teeth, you can go for root canal treatment of that teeth. If no sensitivity or pain after three days of medication in adjacent teeth, then you can visit the general physician regarding ear pain. Consult me for further details. My code i...more

All ok, no need to worry.
After wisdom tooth removal, pain and swelling happens and its normal but it goes after 72 hrs and if doesnot then you must visit again and get the dressing.
You need to continue taking steriods tablets or antiinflammatory tablets for three days depending what your dentist had given you before, during and after your tooth removal, then only your pain swelling and discomfort will go.

Its not necessary to remove it. But if there's any pathology present you need to get it treated.
There might be a pocket present between the teeth. Causing food lodgement and discomfort
consult a nearby dentist. So that he/she will diagnose it properly.

wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your "third molars, these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain to the teeth in front of it. Kindly get it extracted as soon as possible.

Hello
this procedure, to increase the height of tooth by recontouring gum tissue is called as crown lengthening. It’s a common procedure and often takes less than an hour to complete. Crown lengthening can be necessary if there isn’t enough of the tooth in place to hold the crown on its own. Cost of this procedure depends on many factors like technique used, (laser or manual crown lengthening), number of teeth to be treated, specialization and experience of dentist, area of dental clinic and...more

Hello Lybrate user. The right upper wisdom teeth may be partially erupted. Or it may supra erupt. Or it may cause ulcers in lower jaw. Trimmimg the upper wisdom teeth, is not a temporary relief. Impaction is permanent relief. If you have discomforts, you can do impaction. Consult me for further details. Thank you.
