Keep the tooth clean otherwise infection may occur. U may get severe pain if you get infected.

please donot worry. See definitely 3rd molar bring some asymmetry by resorbing the ramus and pushing other teeth. It may be because of localized infection in that area. Its very common for unerupted wisdom teeth. Keep that area clean and maintain your oral hygiene. You can do warm saline rinses and also use betadine granules for oral rinse.
If condition persist visit your dentist soon.

It can be pericoronitis. U have to maintain that area clean rinse with warm saline gourgles, need an iopa of d same tooth. If recurring again and again then operculectomy. Upload d pick if possible.
