Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your "third molars, these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain to the head, ear, throat & teeth in front of it. Kindly get it extracted as soon as possible.

Hi swelling is due to pulp infection in your wisdom tooth take augmentin 625 mg twice daily tab pantocid 40 mg once daily before breakfast tab chymoral forte thrice daily and tab meftal forte twice daily for five days and get the tooth removed surgically by a good dentist and for further advice please use my doctor's code dd87ca.

Dear mam,
please donot worry. See definitely 3rd molar bring some asymmetry by resorbing the ramus and pushing other teeth. I suggest you to please share a good clinical pic of involved tooth and facial profile so that I can determine if there is considerable asymmetry and what could be the best solution. It may be because of localized infection in that area. Its very common for unerupted wisdom teeth. Keep that area clean and maintain your oral hygiene. You can do warm saline rinses and also use betadine granules for oral rinse.
If condition persist visit your dentist soon.

It can be pericoronitis. U have to maintain that area clean rinse with warm saline gourgles, need an iopa of d same tooth. If recurring again and again then operculectomy. Upload d pick if possible.
